Files attachments, downloads, generated documents, screenshots, backups और temporary Assistela data एक जगह दिखाता है।
Files में क्या मिलता है
Sidebar में Files खोलें। Overview total size, item count, largest category, unlinked files और latest cleanup दिखाता है। Name, date, size या category से search, filter और sort किया जा सकता है।
Categories में Chat, iPhone, Telegram और email attachments; browser downloads; generated documents; screenshots; app reports; backups; temporary files और browser data हो सकते हैं।
सामान्य file work
Item ढूँढें
Search या Generated documents जैसा category filter उपयोग करें।
खोलें
Open default app खोलता है। Show in Finder वास्तविक location दिखाता है।
स्थिति जाँचें
Available file Mac पर है। Missing item का केवल record है, unlinked item का app reference नहीं रहा और protected item normal cleanup से नहीं हट सकता।
केवल पहचाने items साफ़ करें
खास old files या temporary data चुनें। Bulk deletion से पहले filter लगाकर list देखें।
Attachments और generated documents
- Chat में attached file locally stored रहती है, ताकि Assistela काम कर सके।
- Generated document उत्तर से सीधे या बाद में Files से खोलें।
- Browser downloads अपनी category में रखता है।
- Local file मिटाने से original Chat message आवश्यक नहीं मिटे, पर उसका file link काम न करे।
Files इस Mac का working data दिखाता है। Backup recovery या transfer के लिए अलग verified ZIP है। बड़ी cleanup से पहले backup बनाएँ।
सुरक्षित cleanup
- Temporary data सामान्यतः सबसे सुरक्षित पहला विकल्प है।
- Unlinked files Finder में देखें; unused होने पर भी content महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है।
- Backups तब तक रखें, जब तक दूसरी जगह नई verified copy न हो।
- Protected items ऐप पर छोड़ें।
File हटाना irreversible हो सकता है। Confirmation से पहले name, preview और location जाँचें, खासकर bulk selection में।
