Assistela Managed

What you need

an Assistela Portal account with Managed AI available,
the email address and password for that account,
an internet connection on the Mac.

You are signing the Mac in to Assistela Portal. This is not an Apple ID or ChatGPT sign-in.

Sign in and activate

Open Account

In Assistela, choose Assistela → Settings → Account.

Enter your sign-in details

In Email, enter the address of your Assistela Portal account. In Password, enter its password.

Sign in this Mac

Click Sign in and pair and wait until the account and plan details appear.

Activate the AI account

In the Managed AI area, click Activate AI Account if the account was not added automatically.

Set the default account

Open Settings → AI Accounts, select Assistela Managed, and click Set as default if necessary.

Verify the setup

Your signed-in account and Managed AI status are visible under Settings → Account.
Assistela Managed is enabled under Settings → AI Accounts.
A test message in Chat receives a reply.

If Assistela Managed is missing

Return to Settings → Account and check the sign-in and Managed AI status. Then use Activate AI Account. If the account or plan does not offer Managed AI, update the service in Assistela Portal first.

What you do not configure here

With the managed account, you do not enter an API key, API server address, or model name. Assistela Portal manages these details and keeps them updated in the app.
