Assistant Database लंबे समय की lists और tabular records रखता है, जो समय के साथ बढ़ती और search की जा सकती हैं।
Assistant Database कब उपयोग करें
Database उस जानकारी के लिए ठीक है जहाँ हर नया record एक नई row है और बाद में filter, sort या compare करना है। सामान्यतः creation और changes Chat में माँगते हैं, फिर मुख्य Assistant Database section में saved tables देखते हैं।
समय के साथ tracking
Date, product, shop और observed price।
Measurements
Date के साथ meter reading, consumption या temperature।
Project records
Decision, state, owner और next review।
Inventory या overview
Items, location, quantity और note।
Memory और file से अंतर
- Memory छोटे स्थायी facts, preferences और context के लिए है।
- Temporary Information सीमित validity वाला context है।
- Assistant Database समय के साथ जोड़ी और queried कई मिलती rows के लिए है।
- CSV या spreadsheet file दूसरे app के लिए portable one-time output के लिए ठीक है।
उदाहरण: “मुझे सुबह की meetings पसंद हैं” Memory में रहेगा। Daily electricity-price observation Assistant Database में रहेगा।
पहली table के चरण
उद्देश्य बताएँ
Chat में कहें: “Coffee Prices नाम की Assistant Database table बनाओ, जिसमें date, shop, product और price हों।”
Fields जाँचें
Column names और छोटा table description माँगें। Fields बाद में जुड़ सकते हैं, लेकिन सरल अच्छी शुरुआत उपयोग में आसान है।
एक test row जोड़ें
एक ठोस record दें, फिर sidebar में Assistant Database खोलें।
Search और sort करें
Table चुनें, search उपयोग करें, sort order चुनें और page-दर-page results देखें।
Records प्रबंधित करना
Chat में rows जोड़ने, search और filter करने, खास records सुधारने या नया field जोड़ने को कह सकते हैं। Table या rows rename या delete करना sensitive change है और approval माँग सकता है।
Passwords, API keys, पूरे payment-card details, one-time codes या दूसरे secrets Assistant Database में न रखें। Protected Settings fields या Passwords and Cards उपयोग करें।
